  It is my opinion that when I but was feeling not well and my vision failing in one eye ,Rama was happy for a appointment that very day and even being busy and other commitments did a comprehensive eye test even into the evening,. The eye test found something that my Doctor needed to be notified of very quickly. This resulted in a operation days later, So I can only praise Rama and the Specsavers staff, I have only ever found them to be friendly , and very Professional.

  Couldn’t thank the optician, Rama, enough. Thanks to his quick actions and attention to detail, I discovered I had a brain tumour. If it wasn’t for his referral I probably wouldn’t of got an MRI when I did and would’ve been suffering in agony. Rama and his wife are such a lovely couple and very caring towards customers, all staff are lovely, I’ve only been going here for 3 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Rama saved me by finding the brain tumour before the doctors could see any signs, all I had was headaches and doctors won’t do anything for a headache but with Rama’s referral I got an appointment and got diagnosed within 2 months.
